MAX OFF removes the PAPER cap; LIVE buys require MAX ON and a positive limit. AUTO always uses cash only.

MAX CASH ON caps buys at available cash. MAX MARGIN ON allows broker buying power, including borrowing. These are alternate funding modes; share quantity stays under your control. The dollar MAX USE cap applies to both. AUTO is paper cash only.

A positive MAX USE limit is required before a LIVE BUY. Market fills can differ from estimates.

Central time: AM open–11 AM; MD 11 AM–1 PM; PM 1 PM–close (normally 3 PM). Full Day covers the entire regular session. End boundaries are excluded. Early closes follow the exchange calendar. Save each window separately; all four may run together, with independent quantities and controls. Each side has four independent windows; enabling both sides can submit both BUY and SELL orders. SELL follows the same historical low-time calculation. Equal lows use the earliest minute.

You may lose your entire investment; borrowing on margin can create losses beyond your deposit, interest charges and forced liquidation. Historical charts, averages, low-time studies, share-cost estimates and alerts are informational only. Past results and paper performance do not predict future returns. Prices and market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. No profit, execution price, order fill, availability or notification delivery is guaranteed. MAX CASH, MAX MARGIN, MAX USE and the 1% buffer are safeguards, not guarantees against loss.

Privacy: SPS processes the credentials and account information needed for the features you choose. Optional remembered credentials use supported device secure storage. Web sessions use server memory and a session cookie. Enabling server PUSH/AUTO stores encrypted account credentials, schedules and execution records on the SPS server. Browser notification services receive notification-routing information and alert content. Read Privacy in ABOUT for details and controls.

PERSONAL DEVICE LOG
SPS keeps sps_userlog.txt for your own reference only. Logging is ON by default after the first-launch acknowledgment and can be turned OFF in ABOUT SPS > PERSONAL USER LOG. SPS never uploads, emails or sends this log to the developer, Alpaca or a scheduling server. It is separate from account data used for trading and server-side schedule records.

The app adds a UTC timestamped entry when a recorded event occurs: app launch and normal exit, page visits, selected feature-button presses, Alpaca connection attempts and success/failure (including remembered connections), and manual-order or schedule-request outcomes. Entries include only fixed event names, paper/live mode, page, a predefined action name and connection source when applicable. Connection failures use a generic event, not raw error text. Not every tap or background refresh is recorded; a forced termination may not leave an exit entry. This is a personal activity aid, not a complete broker audit trail or proof of execution.

The log does NOT contain API keys, secret keys, passwords, account identifiers, balances, ticker symbols, quantities, order IDs, response bodies, request headers or raw errors. Logging code accepts only predefined values. It keeps the most recent 2,000 entries, subject to a 256 KiB limit; older entries are removed automatically. There is no day-based expiry. Turning logging OFF stops new entries but keeps existing ones. CLEAR USER LOG removes the local entries; it does not delete exported copies or broker/server records.

The working file stays in the app's private storage folder. ABOUT shows its exact path. On Android, SPS uses its no-backup app directory. On Mac, it uses the app's Application Support data directory. The SPS settings-backup feature does not include this log.

EXPORT USER LOG creates a readable text copy. On Android, choose Downloads or another local device-storage folder in the Save picker; cloud destinations are not supported. Android may add a number if a file with that name exists. On Mac, the export is ~/Downloads/SPS/sps_userlog.txt, with confirmation before replacing an existing export. Exported copies remain until you delete them and may be read by anyone with access to their folder. Backups or synchronization tools you independently configure may copy exported files; SPS does not transmit them.

Paper trading and simulated PUSH/AUTO stay FREE. Planned SPS Live access includes manual real-money trading and explicitly authorized live PUSH/AUTO with an eligible Alpaca account.


Plan preview — billing is not connected. No charges or paid entitlements are created in this build. Existing development trading access is unchanged.










Proposed USD prices. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Lifetime would cover SPS Live features for the operating lifetime of SPS, not guaranteed perpetual hosting or Alpaca availability. Final terms must be shown before checkout.


Software access does not include investment funds or separate brokerage fees. Alpaca is independent. Trading can lose money. Saved automation continues while the app is closed until paused.
